Many people faced with the problem of wrinkles join the search for the best wrinkle treatment each day. Growing numbers of health and beauty conscious men and women are looking for the right treatment to help reduce and remove their wrinkles that are brought on by aging, stress and dry skin. They often have a hard time choosing from the many hundreds of available treatments for wrinkles, from creams to oils to injections.
Of the many anti-wrinkle treatments that are available commercially, many are formulated using a combination of natural ingredients and synthetic substances. These treatments are often viewed as being unnatural as they contain artificial ingredients and some people are unwilling to use such treatments. They prefer to use natural treatments instead. One of these natural treatments that is worth considering is the use of castor oil as an anti-wrinkle treatment.
Castor oil, which is produced from the seed of the castor plant, is usually taken as a health supplement. However, many people do not realize that it can be an effective form of wrinkle treatment as well. By simply applying castor oil to your skin, you help to soothe your skin, restoring its natural youthful appearance and helping to diminish unsightly wrinkles.
One of the properties of castor oil that makes it an effective form of anti-wrinkle treatment is that it is very effective at moisturizing your skin. Castor oil has many antioxidant properties and helps defend your skin against oxidizing agents. It also cleanses and heals your skin even as it hydrates your skin. Also, castor oil does not leave an oily feeling on your skin after you use it. Simply wash it off with some warm water or even some gentle facial cleanser and it will leave your skin feeling smooth and supple. People with dry skin will benefit greatly from the application of castor oil to areas of the skin affected by wrinkles.
Castor oil also helps increase the flow of blood to the skin that it is applied to. Increased blood flow means that the skin receives more nutrients and oxygen, making skin healthier and fuller, helping to erase wrinkles and fine lines. Even heavy wrinkles respond well to the increased circulation of blood and lessen or fade.
Many people who use castor oil on their skin on a regular basis report that the treatment leaves them feeling younger and their skin looking healthier. Castor oil also has a positive effect on wrinkles and fine lines, reducing the severity of wrinkling and also giving skin a natural healthy glow. While it must be said that no treatment available today can completely eliminate wrinkles, regular treatment with castor oil will help to keep wrinkles at bay, and to help reduce the formation of wrinkles, keeping you looking younger, longer.
A breast rash is like eczema that you find anywhere else on your body. Most women won't notice that a rash is appearing so it is important that the first step of any self breast examination is checking the skin on your breasts by looking at them in the mirror.
For women with large breasts it is most common between the breasts due to sweat and wearing the wrong size bra which pushes your breasts together constantly.
The first thing that you should know is that there are two types of breast rash. The first is on the skin of the breast and second affect the nipple.
If you have the second type, you MUST go to your doctor and get a referral to a dermatologist. Why? Because nipple eczema can be just that or it can be a sign of a far more serious disease called Pagets Disease which is actually a type of breast cancer.
If you are breastfeeding at the time that you notice the rash developing, it is also a good idea to get yourself to the doctor because it is possible that you are developing mastitis. Don't worry, this is a very common breastfeeding complaint!
So, what does a breast rash look like?
It usually shows up as small red patches on the skin that may become itchy if you ignore them. You will also find that the eczema can be further aggravated by certain types of fabric such as lace.
If not treated, it may lead to cracked skin and sores! This is a painful outcome and likely to lead to further much more serious infection!
However, breast rash can be difficult to get rid of for two main reasons:
1. Your chest area tends to get very little exposure to air and sunlight and sweat creates moisture! You will find that the problem will usually appear in summer or if you are in hot temperatures.
2. Fungal spores can live in your bras! You need to wash your bra using very hot water and leave out to dry in direct sunlight. Adding a half a cup of white vinegar the water when washing the bra will help to kill any fungal spores.
How to treat breast rash:
  • Take regular showers or baths to help calm the area and clean it.
  • Over the counter rash creams such as a diaper rash cream can work very effectively. The best thing to do is to actually talk to the pharmacist to find the best cream. You can always pretend you are talking about your sister or mother if you are embarrassed!!
  • Apply an absorbent baby powder to the area to stop moisture. Excessive moisture is a possible cause of the rash and will almost certainly ensure that it hangs around for a while.
  • Make sure that you are wearing a bra that is the right size! A proper fitting bra will separate the breasts so that you don't develop a rash between the breasts. It will also sit flat on your ribcage and not move around, which will help stop you getting a rash under your breasts.
Yes, breast rash is ugly and totally unsexy but the above tips should help you to get rid of it as quickly as possible. If it persists for more than a week, book an appointment with your doctor so she can make sure that it is nothing more serious.
Above all, remember, they're your breasts so don't leave breast care until there is something wrong.

If you're looking for a pure, all-natural product to restore your young looking skin, essential oils for wrinkles might be right for you. Natural essential oils extracted from plants are often used as ingredients in anti-aging and other skin products. Some oils are more effective in treating wrinkles than others, but trial-and-error is the best way to determine what works for you. A primary advantage of all the oils listed below is that they can deliver nutrients to the skin without clogging pores.
1. Sandalwood Oil softens dry skin and can be used a moisturizer to diminish the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It also promotes the formation of new skin cells, gives skin a smoother look, and can increase compounds in the body that increase skin thickness and elasticity-all of these properties work together to reduce wrinkles.

3. Clary Sage Oil is best used to remove fine lines and wrinkles, especially when used in combination with skin moisturizers. It has antiseptic and antibacterial properties, helps to tighten pores and make the skin more firm.
4. Geranium Oil can be used for almost any skin type, whether you have dry, oily or sensitive skin. It works to increase blood circulation, skin elasticity and retaining moisture in the skin. It can be added to skin moisturizers and toners.
5. Grape Seed Oil has antioxidant properties which help to fight free radicals that cause damage to your skin. They help repair damage to the skin caused by free radicals. It is an extract that is rich in vitamin E, which can slow the aging process of your skin. Vitamin E is one of the antioxidants contained in this oil, which protects that body from free radicals that become more common in the body as you age.
All of these essential oils for wrinkles have their unique properties that will help improve your skin, especially wrinkles! Although wrinkles are part of the natural aging process, they are tough to deal with as everyone will miss their young looking skin. Using essential oils, diluted with a carrier oil, will help reduce them or diminish their appearance while also providing your body with other health benefits.
